Nothing, it was just a painful job with all sorts of unrealistic remarks because they could not afford me and their other EA was busy saving her job.

Dislikes

Being rude, inhumane, lying from JD to any sorts of remarks to just get you out of job also the EA requirements is forever with them avoid joining for just 3 month of wastage of time and inhumane attitude

The department people are good and helpful.

Dislikes

The organization's management is the one that instigate politics within. The culture and ethics flowing from the top itself are infected. They target individuals on their personal biases and force them to leave the organization.

My colleagues were really good. They were nice and supportive people and we had each other's backs.

Dislikes

The upper management of the organization is condescending and does not take feedback well. They treat you less as team members and more as employees. The work-life balance is totally screwed, you are expected to work around the clock, even after work hours, even at 1 AM but you are never appreciated for your efforts. There is no appreciation from the Founder or Department Heads whatsoever. And voicing these concerns is also not welcomed. There is no focus on employee satisfaction or retention.
