ATE Enterprise hires engineers on reference basis not on talent basis..also more working candidates are given less salary and reference hired person even if he is not having enough knowledge, is given more salary

Except all the things mentioned above, the salary in the company is very low and hikes are also not good but the company has good experienced employee who can helpout the juniors

Job security is good, but work-life balance is not good as I have to work 6 days a week

Working culture sat-sun off reimbursement instatnt salary credit on time Co workers are very cooperative Gives enough spce for growth but in pump & print packaging division

Print and packaging division documentation unnecessary and redundant

I just left the company due to close the division, but overall my experience in ATE is good. Arrange various workshops to growing employees ability. This company is good for sales & service people.

You perform well, you got the awards & promotions definitely. Very punctual about salary. Work environment is good, work-life balance. Arrange quality workshops.

What is going on presently considering that nothing

Without knowing facts... Without listening 1honest employee side...They wrongly fired employee which is very dangerous. This is happened recently and and it's affected employee family life and also created family member health issue.Juat happened because of HR internal politics and management even not a spent single minute to discuss with that employee secretary before taking discussion. It is very dangerous.
