Growth is slow and no proper work flow . No coordination or management need to address the employee issues. I am an ex employee, I let the Jon just because I dint find any support or growth in my career. There is no one to guide .

Here I joined as a fresher, so initially, I learned a lot, but after that nothing to learn about new technology. The workload is not much sometimes and currently work from home.

Dislikes

Here for me, teammates are good, they help at any time, and there is no proper training for new joiners, job security is good, they won't remove you, career growth is very less, and they don't give proper salary/appraisal as per experience.
