For fresher's it's good. Can know about audio technologies. Had a very good owner.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is below par but manageable but growth depends more on interpersonal skills with the VP. You can learn more technologies but most of the projects get delayed and gets stopped in between, from a developer perspective. Indian (local) Management of project is poor.
