Slow learning curve. It takes longer to acquire skills that are in demand outside. Promotions can get delayed.

*Good culture *Good pay *Learn new technology *Good learning programs including soft skill *Good hike ( normally we can get from 10- 15 % ) *Employee friendly *work from home as of now , but they insist more on office work *leave policy is good ( 22 paid leaves + 12 casual leave ).

*Promotion is quite slow, depends on the profile you work on . *certain team have night shift ( which can be for a month ) *work life is seemingly okay ,

Salary and other compensation are good, HR policies and other activities are motivating.

No skip level discussions with management. If one has good relations with the manager, then only can survive or else kicked out.

Work culture and pay is good .. job security depend on project.. if you stuck in any project that have less work then to change project is very hard internally

Mgmt have no idea what to do for customer.

Pros 1) Good salary 2) Less job pressure 3) job assurance Cons 1) Because of Indian management, repo and fasclities are on continuous decline mode 2) No culture/ cost cutting issues 3) no work life balance/ very less social networking in company
