Manager is not supportive and internal politics is more. Less chance to grow up for new ideas as manager is doing partiality with team mates. Even not capable peoples may get promoted easily if manager likes them.

The job is very challenging and have good teammates to work...salary hike is not up to to satisfaction even after working too hard for this company

Salary is very less... character with soft natured guy/gal is not appreciated we always need to be very aggressive in every situation

The people are so lacking in basic engineering principles that you feel invincible amongst the crowd. Engineering has just become a degree these days.

* Low salary * Filled with micromanagers * Local management and mindset * Non technical top management (Recipe for disaster) * Non existent work life balance * People who work are burdened and yelled at. People who do nothing are put up on a pedestal.

I never seen this type of worst management people, staff & low salary, company rules. Job designation depends on cast / religion base, more partiality. Very bad work atmosphere.
