CEO is very resolved and honest person. Having interest in point of care of patients as well as staff. Re hire policy is there so it's good thing. They schedule training sessions, but unfortunately they don't go so well on time and as per schedule.

Politics, senior and team leaders are busy in their growth... As a hospital, basic concentration over patient care should be primarily aken care of,but here, position and other political issues are bothersome for the same and growth

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
