Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There was nothing to like about in this company. This company emphasis more on fooling people.

Dislikes

If you are lucky ,u will receive complete salary for the previous month atleast after 50days. And if u are unlucky , they will just say u haven't not done any work since you joined and will ask you to leave. Now, u must forget about your salary once u left the company as neither they will receive your call nor they will answer your emails as none of them know how too. 😂 After you have complete your first month and you have received your salary, now the next month onwards u will receive max 10k as salary and that too cash , after begging and telling them about your financial issue. At the time of salary , they always have financial crunch. Be safe from these kind of people.
