...they would say that the rest yoi will get as a bonus which you will never see. The health insurance does not exist but they would deduct the money from your salary... Please think before joining.

No job security !!! You will be terminated without any prior announcement if they don't like you. They will tell on month end. I had professional skills with Adobe creative suite But they're forced to use canva then they will say we don't have skills (if you have doubt please see pillaicenter instagram page) astroved hire remote position jobs for that company only. Manager and senior operations persons they don't know about design field and how it will work they will give worst feedbacks you have to follow that if not They don't like. Lot of politics in that company

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
