No work life balance, totally controlled by top level management and no powers with mid level management. No proper process and they make you do things which are totally not related to your job.

Likes

Flexibility and upskilling. Awesome RnD culture with a hardworking team. The repository has a great structure and is quite indepth. Director and CTO are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. You will definitely learn a lot while being here. Poor documentation though :)

Dislikes

Horrible HR and management. HR dept is not helpful if you face problems, but will harass you by cutting salaries and paid leaves if you come slightly late to office. The management prides itself in having a strict timing culture. Their policy punishes those who are even a minute late, but promotes overworking without any reward or appraisal. Update: Just so this is public, after leaving the company, the CTO stalled ex-employee salaries for a month.
