It was best period of my life. There was wonderful environment, full of positivity. Any employee could approach the directors with any issue, and received immediate resolution. After getting married, I had to leave due to shifting to my husband's city, and later I worked in two more organizations. But, I still miss Astro Devam. Not only they were positive towards their employees, but also towards their clients. An ethical work atmosphere, you can be proud of. Contributing value in the life of others, what else one require for a fulfilling job experience. Thanks astrodevam for the good memories.

It was not a very big company, so you don't get the feeling of working in a corporate.

Likes

Extremely positive environment. I evolved here like a blooming lotus. It is like a ocean of harmony and togetherness. To be honest, I don't have words to express how I have transformed after joining this wonderful organization. Learnt a lot about life as well as my stream of knowledge i.e. Astrology.

Dislikes

Facilities like PG, Gratuity, ESI etc. like big corporates are not available here, although you get the support from the company in the hour of crisis.

Likes

The work environment is very positive. You are motivated to learn and grow, express your thoughts in a democratic way. You feel that you are not in a working atmosphere, but are in a grooming mode. The owners are very positive and caring. Excellent place to widen your horizons.

Dislikes

Being a small organization, many perks and benefits available in the big organizations are absent.
