The company is open to innovation and sports management. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that ground executive, I get to travel in domestic level.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, I have to work 9 hours and sometimes 12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls evening and sometimes late into the night.

...ob criteria, you have to learn so much things here after Joining this company... they never give traveling expenses if you having personal expenses,,, Often they give some amount if you travel for company work, if I say about Salary that is good on work experience. As your experience are grow your salary will be grow-up.

when I was working In this company, I saw a major problem that they never handle when the Police came on Ground and tried to shut the game, always ground staff handle the police and some time Police take them to police station in midnight and there Astro's seniores never give response that time..Otherwise all Good
