In the name of appraisal you will get hike only 2-4 percent 4 % being the highest. Management will always tell you that we are doing great but when it comes to salary hike they suddenly realise market is not going good. Yes if you are favourite performance to your manager then you will get promotions every year.

1. Working always on Onsite premises already gives you the exposure required to survive Tech Industry. 2. Supports almost all Big 4 Tech companies in all sorts of Equipment handling and etc.

1. Hikes. 2. Salary Compensations as per Market. 3. Management is a bit loose, needs a whole lot of improvement.

... seriously violates employment law. Be careful. They offer you ongoing contract. It means that in case they terminate your contract and it could happen anytime, Astreya would not pay you any compensation. And Astreya would rehire another contractor with lower pay rate, what I heard. In my opinion, more contractors should file EEOC charges against Astreya in case of infair termination of employees of Astreya and contractors of Google/Facebook, their clients. Accumulation of such complaints could lead to discipline measures regarding Astreya from State and, as a result, Astreya's management would have to change their sweatshop hyerachy. Moreover, Eric Coffey, Astreya's Senior Manager, WAS FIRED FROM FACEBOOK FOR MISCONDUCT BUT ASTREYA HIRED HIM FOR MANAGERIAL POSITION. PLEASE READ MORE ABOUT IT HERE:

Client- Google. Just because of Google we get good Food and minimum good work culture.

India Management is worst, they always keep you pressurized. No salary hike for Hard workers and Excellent hike for Likely employees. Skill development- No proper support from Manager. Work Life balance - Only for likely employees of manager. Compensation & Benefits - What do you mean? Company Culture - Its good in non-Indian countries, worst in India. Job security - No security at all! Career growth @ Opportunities - Only for Likely employees , its not for everyone!

Only 1 customer(Google). No growth opportunities, No promotion, No Salary Hikes, No bonuses. Bad company culture. Very unresponsive HR and Finance teams. Too much politics. Job Security Nil.Unethical Leadership team, encourages theft at client location.
