...ch is driven by leaders who play political games and take employees for granted. Terrible work life balance and compensation is no where near industry standards. Learning and development is presented only as online courses and you may not be able to work on new technologies in real time.

Work life balance and managerial hierarchy has ruined the company and its reputation.

...and making employees to adopt services company based culture which is very poor. Cost cutting and cross training and shared resources model and training freshers with out experts

There is politics and the salary year end appraisal is not met with expectations in this organisation and the everywhere too

Great work culture, Job Security, Lot of learning opportunities, Good Bonus, Cab and food facility, Work from home option available.

Dislikes

No onsite (If u are luck 2-3 weeks to UK), Frequent re-organization of departments, growth is slow, hikes were better few years before and have changed (reduced) with changing culture
