1. Should review the market pay standards and should work better on it. 2. Should work better on the retention plans for those who have decided to leave the org 3. Layoffs in 2021 created uncertainties

...and making employees to adopt services company based culture which is very poor. Cost cutting and cross training and shared resources model and training freshers with out experts

Everything is best in AstraZeneca like work culture company norms way of approach very good in this organisation

There is politics and the salary year end appraisal is not met with expectations in this organisation and the everywhere too

Great work culture, Job Security, Lot of learning opportunities, Good Bonus, Cab and food facility, Work from home option available.

Dislikes

No onsite (If u are luck 2-3 weeks to UK), Frequent re-organization of departments, growth is slow, hikes were better few years before and have changed (reduced) with changing culture

Good and interesting work every year. Different roles. Good Compensation and every year good hike and good variable pay (more that 150 to 250% ). Very good benefits interns of shift allowance, free food and AC cabs.

Dislikes

Work life balance as they have lot of work.
