While the company is doing extremely good the compensation policy is not as good or comparable to the market. All organisation has a problem. In here growing in career takes time as no of departments are less. And hiigher archy is very simple structured. Also products are less. And man power is comparitively less. And sometimes when we are not upto company needs some maybe given time to leave organization. Still they are given opportunity to develop themselves . Thats a good part of Az policy. Overall Astrazeneca is one of the best organization to work for. I have spent many years in here.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
