...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

An association with one of the most promising brands in building segment. A profile which is vast in nature wherein I can experience various nuances of strategies, market development and leadership roles.

IT Issues, Unrealistic Target Pressure, TSM are just like Sandwich. Less Salary Growth, Good Incentives slab but its Equal for everyone things should be Equity not Equal . (High contribution Sales area is not able to earn a single penny of incentive after struggling a-lot , but low contribution area sales people are earning incentives in Lakhs it demotivates employees) .
