Only harassment strategy...no settlement no.insurance no.expenses details no.salary time....non transparency with clients.once deal never complete commitment..very bad experience ..no job security..only name blame game

It was a growing company with high plans.

Dislikes

There is no work ethics, Poor culture, no growth, office politics is too high.. The person who speaks truth and is loyal to company is being targeted .Huge lobyism.. The company will have fall soon.. When loyal employees leave company will suffer for sure.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
