There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career is slow.there is a bond of 3 months before which you cannot resign.on job training is given to New joinees.

...om their i learnt a lot. After that i got promotion as a sr technical assistant. Coming to salary increments are not bad. More politics also their. Coming to work security if u do hard nobody touch you. Work environment also good.
