Job responsibilities need to be defined, as many times I face the situation where I need to look after and take the decisions of the workflows apart from mine and which is actually the responsibility of someone else. But I take it as a learning process. Also training and education culture is extremely poor as to keep your employees updated it is very much essential. on job trainings, employee welfare events and annual day function need to be arranged to maintain healthy environment at workplace. employees need to train to adopt cost saving thinking. Also uniform is not there.
