... differentiated the teams liks sales family, project family, Product family etc. and gone for a baseless and illogical deduction of salary cut depends on roles during the pandemic. An uniform deduction across all staff could have been the right choice. But the confused management has no idea on how to shape things up. Poor management skill, no real innovation, buttering team mates kept the the management and the company in a poor performing state which resulted the staff to leave the company on a periodic basis. Hope it realises the ongoing mistake and keeps the right performing team and brings out quality product and profit for it's investors.

Work Life Balance is much better here. Company provides good benefits as per Singapore Standards.

...s in old technology hoping for big business. 2. They have very poor R&D team. 3. Just for a sack of cost cutting any time you will be thrown out of company. 4. Please do proper research before you join .

Just I would say don't get to this company because they will give you fraud political dialogue about like this company is better than any other companies in the world , they are blaming TCS, INFOSYS,WIPRO, GOOGLE,REALIANCE,AMAZONE AND ALL OTHER BY SAYING WE CAN WRITE AND GIVE YOU ON PAPPER THAT ASTORIA IS BEST , And this company didn't get growth from 2007 only 30 people are there in this company and saying we are the best in market, Very badly they accept my resignation and discrimination they did, Don't join better you can do sales job
