Unfortunately, based on my experience, I couldn't identify any pros during my tenure.

...l crisis leading to abrupt decisions impacting employee job security and morale. - Offered a 6-month unpaid work period without any assurance of salary payment afterward. Poor HR Practices: - The HR team was primarily focused on firing employees regardless of their skills or tenure. - Employees were pressured to resign under the threat of non-payment and unrealistic working conditions. No Support for Career Transition: - Employees were expected to find new opportunities with no support, making it difficult to focus on job searches due to ongoing work pressure. Advice to Management Improve Communication: - The CEO and top management should maintain regular communication with all employees to address concerns and provide transparency. Develop a Clear Financial Plan: - Establish a stable financial strategy to prevent sudden crises and ensure the organization's sustainability. Fair Treatment and Support: - Treat employees with respect and provide support during transitions. Offer realistic options and clear timelines for salary payments. Revamp HR Practices: - Focus on retaining talent and providing career growth opportunities instead of prioritizing terminations during financial downturns.
