...business forward. Worst part is the Product and R&D team are completely useless. HR takes variable pay (don't know why). Also, HR doesn't choose talent from IIT, NIT, IIIT, etc. to do the job. Somehow they are running the show.

...team work. We hv to learn own are own. Then it's better to join some other firm. No salary growth, no knowledge enhancement.

The people I was working with was really good. The company did have a good culture in the initial year if my service. 5 days work week is a blessing.

Hike and appraisals are thin to nil. Compensation is way below market value for the job roles. Poor management of funds.
