Poor culture, Even in Meetings or conferences Use filthy Languages Even by GM/ AGM Level Never shows interest in solving problems, Rather inculpate Manipulation is very High, covered by wave-offs, Put Loss on Employees - Avoiding Welfare / Appraisals Etc... Likes

The company provides good working experience. As the company deals with the operations and maintainence of the cellular towers. The installation of towers is quite challenging. Being part of successful team , as a Trainee i experienced a good working environment.

Dislikes

There is a slow growth. In absence of the technicians at site locations. I have to inspect the site manually. Distrupts the work and increases the work pressure.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
