All our mangers helps us in improving good skills which needed in our profession , Am happy to be here in aster as my team point of view , Benefits for staffs are very less Work life balance is bit difficult due to less chance to get leave when we require. Some time due to hectic work we may extend our duty hours which consumes all our day . This is my personal opinion its all depends how u perform your work and how you perceive the organization

No benefits and no bonus for staff. Some time work hours will ruin our day

Have Good environment for wrking and i can increase my career and good rapport between the members.team mates are supportive and company policies are good

Salary is low but career growth is slow and salry should be incremented per 6 month according to their work

Salary is not the market standards. Work pressure is too much to handle. There is no work life balance at all. The coders are the ones suffering and no one is ready to listen to them.

This hospital was very good loved to work there fix off ot fixed festival offs friendly working environment every thing was amazing

The only thing i disliked was salary was too low to survive a city like banglore where i used to get 12k without food and accomodation and second thing i dislike was in my position company mostly focused on female employess as if 10 employees were female then 1 male associate girls were priviliged and given promotion
