*Job security is 100% but some peoples are not understanding *the covid 19 pandamic i have duty only alternative but i know that time company situation so iam waited for the regular duty, now got it. *so many diffrents steps are taked our comapny in the pandamic situations staffs health,job, protection *my friends are searched another jobs and they got it.but this time we wants support to our company, *that time Aster provid free health cheack up lockdowns ares in UAE

As am intensive care unit nurse My team hod is humble person This company has all innovative technologies which helps patient to take all specialized treatment under one roof. All our mangers helps us in improving good skills which needed in our profession , Am happy to be here in aster as my team point of view , Benefits for staffs are very less Work life balance is bit difficult due to less chance to get leave when we require. Some time due to hectic work we may extend our duty hours which consumes all our day . This is my personal opinion its all depends how u perform your work and how you perceive the organization

Promotions don't depends on performance else depends on closeness with your boss. No work life balance. Openly preferences to specific demographic region and religion. Too much office politics.
