This hospital was very good loved to work there fix off ot fixed festival offs friendly working environment every thing was amazing

The only thing i disliked was salary was too low to survive a city like banglore where i used to get 12k without food and accomodation and second thing i dislike was in my position company mostly focused on female employess as if 10 employees were female then 1 male associate girls were priviliged and given promotion

Employees are leaving the organisation due to less salary. It is like Training them and giving to the competitors.

...e extent when you live it’s now the work you miss but rather your work mates Salary is always on time and prior communication incase it’s going to be delayed Annual airtickets

Worked there for almost 5 years for the same salary which i was offered on the first day. No growth And even incentive will be given for a month of acheived target and later even uh acheived target no incentive will be given.

... as uh keep working but yes if the managers on your favour you might get a hike. And plus no increment for the salary every year they will send you review mail and you will review urself but there wont be any hike
