I have worked with astegic 2 years but the management is very poor they don't even bother about employees, simply with no reason they kicked out from company without intimating employees they removed Hyderabad branch in covid 19 lockdown. They promised to give work from home job but they doesn't provide. There is no job security in the company. Bcoz of management behavior Hyderabad manger left the job. In jaipur there is a Headquarters where they always compare to Hyderabad branch and plays politics, once they project starts they will give late updates half of the work finished with the old updated, I don't know why they do wantly or unwantedly they gives projects on Friday ask to finished it by weekend.

Very very poor management and lot changes in policy. In first years they increase salary 20 percent hike and in second appresial they were increasing 700Rs to each employee

...ere very understanding , motivating , they give guidence in a very calm way . Salary was good , I was satisfied with it .working enviorment was familer and positive . Politics were about only 20 percent. Company take reviews , ideas from employees for the growth of company per month . Company celebrated every festival in a very jolly way . And my colleagues were so cooperative. Every thing was genuine and valid .

Dislikes

I dislike the tea they offered during working days . =D and their was not a professional and spoken English enviorment .

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest. technology. I love the facts.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, growth is very fast. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 9-10 Hours straight in a day as i have to attend client call in the evening.

They need to change there management first pf all who can't see there employees worth. The really need to work on that and understand employees situation and should be cooperative sometimes. They do not support employees in there bad situations.

Staff, HR, Project Manager, and Technical Lead all are super supportive . Because I actually got lots of support from them. I never feel any micromanagement in this company. I spent 5+ years in this company.I learned a lot of things during this period.
