Well, when it comes to most like things in Astalynx, I would say my reporting manager. Who gives complete support and freedom to take decisions. The another aspect I would say, flexible blue working options. Sometimes it really helps me.

I must say, Compensation and benefits. According to me one must have fair (market value) compensation to every job roles also should eventually evaluate one’s performance and capabilities and pay to them. When an employer cares employee it should reflect primarily with financial benefits and health benefits. In this aspect, really Astalynx should think and act on.
