AST is a great place to learn & explore your skills. It has been a great journey, so far & I hope to be associated with AST for a long time. There are awesome Employee Engagement activities conducted at AST. The policies are great & the complete culture is pretty employee-centric.

All is great except sometimes it becomes challenging to strike a work-life balance.

Great colleagues. Balance work environment, doesn't have politics, work is great. You will learn a lot while working with different clients.

Currently employed by a third party, no HMO, few annual leave.

Just one thing.. WFH.. that's it..

No learning.. full of politics.. no promotion..no appraisal.. overtime work..no benefit.. no development project..just support work.. politics politics politics.. seniors full of ego..will ruin ur rating for their ego..and put u in pip and stop ur raise.

I like the attitude, behaviours and nature of people around me. My manager is very helpful and friendly in every way.. I really like the culture of this company where they put efforts on teaching new skills to neophytes so that they can handle difficult situations on their own instead of making them dependent on others to solve their problems.

Dislikes

I am so much confident to say that small things which a person dislikes can me override by the good things they experience here.

Worst management. They hire contractors and replace then when fte is on bench. They have not paid me for my 4 months work. Loretta is worst manager and doesn't know how to manage a project. Full of politics.
