There is to many senior people in n the organisation organization, Nobody will help junior, they always blames juniors for there mistakes and no progressive in the organisation, no that much hike compared to other organisations there is lot of like/dislike people is ther.

Poor Salary structure which is way below the market rates, hard work not rewarded proportionately. After the acquisition, employees were never paid their outstanding dues ( several Lakhs of rupees for some employees).

...king place. Management is provided transportion.and company policy is very good. And company on time pay the salary.

... is working last 1.5 years but not given any promotion and not given increament. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Stup Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is a good company in India for engineering section. Salary structure is also good but job security is little risky. Politics is also in this company.

I dislike politics on local level in site office.
