New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Likes

Work environment and culture is not good. Teamates are supportive and the management is not transparent. Company policies are very bad, they are only trying how to cut employees salery in every month.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salery not regular, no increment, no leave policy, no fix duty hours etc.
