...or years but new employees were never given any opportunity to prove themselves. Most of the employees were senior citizens who were scared of new employees because new employees used to get more salary from them & aged employees thought they are going to be replaced by new employees & their only motto was to remove new employees by hook or by crook, I was a scapegoat in this office politics that also done my by senior who was my father's age who never helped me to deal with client company as he single handedly did everything in fear of losing his job. I was made to sit idle at client's office doing nothing. My senior used to poison the owner against me that I used to sit idle whole day in Office doing nothing which is next to impossible, you can not sit 9 hrs in office without doing any job. There was no holiday, it was no work no pay. Their chandni office was very unhygienic & not at all office like. During interview they will give you false promises about job but its totally different once you join the company. They don't even think before firing their employees how will they get a new job if they become jobless they are least bothered. Their only concern is when the client company will pay their due amt. The aged senior employees are the worst always planning and plotting against the new young employees how to make them lose their job is their only concern. One will get to see the real picture when they will visit their salt Lake office everyday interview is going on & every month new employees are getting hired in place of existing employees. After getting fired from the company I was told that my job was a contractual job.
There is nobody to guide us and show each step. We are only given targets and expected to perform. Luckily I had some seniors who were willing to help me.
Sometimes we are sent to do errands of other group companies of the MD that is not related to our key expertise.

On time salary.
I am reporting directly to MD so no office politics. I can directly complain to MD if I have any problem.
Flat structure. Only 2 people in legal team full time along with some legal clerks. So not too small and not too big a team.
I have to travel to court everyday for work. Even if court is on holiday I am still required to travel to court. I also have to return back to the corporate office in PS Srijan Corporate Park same day and give the report.
Work is good. Probably better than what my peers have to go through in other companies.
The person before me here was asked to resign because she had attitude problems and was under performing. Hence now she is creating a bad name for the company and writing false reviews. I think in Bengal finding another legal job is hard hence they are acting like this.
One thing I would ask the company to work on is making it easier to file travel reports. I wish there was a separate desk apart from HR who would pass the conveyance bills.
... just remember that HR department wrote those good reviews for the company...
2) company will give you false promises like you will this or that but at the end of the you will get only zero and a traumatize day, deduct your salary anytime
3) no job security_ anytime they can create pressure on you to give resignation, they will call you, and will be saying like your work is no more required or we sort of thinking budget cut in that case you resign from the company now.
4) hell lot of oldage people are working there, like above 60, and their sole motive is to giving lecture on you or oiling managements feet, __ not an appropriate culture of working young generation.
5) travel allowences are not paid up fully.
6) toxic enviroment
7) management changes employees sits whenever they want like a school.
8) no respect_ they treat you like their servant
9) they will make your life hell.
not recomend this company even to my enemies.
...ice is in good location in Sector V. Very modern office with modern interiors.
I am paid both PF and ESI and salary given in first week of each month.
Work hours are good.
Company has corporate culture and no politics. I am directly reporting to management.
There is no privacy as it is open office and all desks are open. So my computer is completely visible.
There is no separate cafeteria to eat food so I have to eat lunch at my desk.
I did not like the lady Legal Manager I was reporting to before because of her attitude. She was very negative towards the company also and would shout. But she is now leaving the company so I am happy. The New Legal Manager who has come in her place is much better.
Directors of the company are very busy most days, so I mostly report to the Legal Manager only.
