Career will spoil. I am advising to friends please don't join. You will not get your salaries on time. You will get your TA bills once in 4 months. Life will become miserable. No job security. HR manager and GM who sitting in Mumbai they will spoil the career.

It is a good profitable company but the Management is not good there is no any concern about employees.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No salary revisions and management not adress employees issues and there is no career growth. Only the HOD,s are getting good salary but others who all working in executive and other staff levels including employees salary is very low compare to standard market rates.

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
