...12th pass can do this kind of work, still they hire an MBA and pay them peanuts. No salary hike, NO opportunities for learning and growth. You'll end up doing exhibition and seminars. Terrible place to work with.

Salary below industry level, No salary Hike, no career growth and opportunities. It's an organisation which is into doing exhibitions and webinars that's all you'll learn and you'll do. Nothing less nothing more.

This organisation provide you the platform to build your network with companies and government, but in Gujarat it is difficult because the RD has trust issues and doesn't allow you much freedom to explore and built;d your own network. The current regional director is very pathetic and some time temperamental issues which leads to trouble, Ahmadabad office has bad environment to work. The Regional Head is pathetic person, thinks only he knows how to work, he mints money from vendors as well. His unwanted dominance wont let you grow. if you good skills try to explore good opportunity and say big No to such unsupported organisation.

Their no support from the head office or not one to listen or speak to. In short if you have skills use it with some good companies, don't run after money at the end you shall enjoy working at better place.

It has been wonderful experience working with Assocham.I got opportunity to increase my skills and also the guides are very frank and they cope up with the interns very nicely.Also I got to know so many things about the different agricultural and industrial sector.

ASSOCHAM is working for industry and their issues with Government. It’s a very big platform to meet top industrialists as well as Govt. Ministers and authorities. ASSOCHAM also workings in international through trade delegations in various industries subject.

Very low salary as compared to Industry Standard, 90 % of the time you have to work late hours and you will get only Rs. 200 per day for working extra minimum 2 hours i.e. till 7:30 pm; no HR policies; you would not learn any new skills; No training; most of the work is clerical; work environment is shit.
