Direct interaction with some of the top management. Some bosses allow for disagreements and are willing to discuss possibilities and problems.

Dislikes

...les. Usually get hired for something and then forced to work on something else. There’s no benefits at all with salary and the salary is not entirely competitive. There’s a lot of internal dynamics and politics.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
