The Company's Enbironment is very Nice. Work Culture is also Very Good Everybody is very helpful over there, Seniors are very Suppportive Bosses are also very nice and Supportyive. The company had supported me very nicely as they were following the rules and regulations of Prime Minister As here was totally Lockdown in India in March To May i was not doing a Single work for Company but they had paid my full Salary on these Months.and From 25 May to 6 July i was Working From Office. and Then They had given me Work from home from 6July to November7 Because my Mother Had come From Pune which is out of Station.

Salary is Good but Growth is Very Slow.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

... working. And they have separate building for back office work without any name. There salary structure is pathetic. They are earning so much but for employees they are giving hardly any money. They don't have proper website also. In website, no where you'll be able to find the address of the company. There is so much of negative vibes there. And they are treating their staffs who have left the company very badly. There way of talking is so rude that it's like they are insulting.

Salary structure worst. Now there salary is Rs.8k is salary. When I joined it was 5000 and that also after 6mths of joining you'll get. Initial 6mths it is Rs.4500 in hand. Management is very rude. They were not giving offer letter or joint letters also when I joined. So we don't have anything to show. Nobody knows about this company. Address also you'll not find in their website. Colleagues nature is depend on your nature. Environment is really bad. I left company within 6mths as it is waste of time to work there. I cant even prove anyone that I worked there as i don't have any letter to show. It's better if they'll work and treat their employees properly.

Please yaha koi bhi apna time waste na kare, bahot hi cheap company hai. Bas inko kaam chahiye hota hai, promotion or increment ye sab to bhool hi jaiye. Half star k layak bhi nii hai.

I dislike everything here like unnecessary rules and regulations, strict timings, no recognition of hardwork, salary, increment, policies, work culture, and promotion.
