Work culture is good leaving apart of politics they play at the time of salary hike. nice people to work with, employee benefits are average, not much of work pressure.

Here I got good work experience and Learning, then good working colleagues. I have to learn work innovation and work life balance also.

First most thing i am not happy for salary and appraisal things. here i don't get any extra activities and training, final thong is don't have carer growth.

Only office location and Monday to Friday working is a bliss.

No defined policy. No working hrs. Architect head is a politics engaged person.. Ms Jhanavi. Kindly don't join if she is there. There are many other office ... Which are working from Monday to Friday.

This is a very ambitious organisation. Growth is never a challenge for contributors. Work culture is very encouraging and seniors always support their subordinates and does appropriate hand holding.
