But Later after Going in there they have expanded the work such As Picking up the clients House Keys, Taking Photos Videos of the Clients Property, Going To Registration Offices for paper works etc, the Main thing which is not at all related to the Job Description is, Marketing which "includes sticking of Posters and Distribution of Business Cards and also connecting with Local Agents near to the site" and coming to the salary pay i can say that a full time Mart workers gets more than what they are paying for RE! what suggestions would i give to Encourage in working as RE in AssetNX is, Give a minimum Commission on property closures, as any sales job gives commission on sales also, dont pull up and push the Employees in doing work

...lore deep insights of the real estate Market and also okay with unusual timings. Get Ready to travel of almost minimum of 20 kms daily for office works, and coming the the Salary pay, Dont expecttt much saying naa 'The work which u do as a RE dosient justifies the salary which they have been giving to RE's" (I Have posted this Truly and Fairly without holding anything typo of feelings on Company)
