...hours in the night and morning and even on Saturday and Sunday you have to work. The compensation is not great and monetary growth is very slow. Final call: big name and exposure is not enough. A company should value it's employees personal life as well.

The working environment is very good.My reporting is helpful and always cooperate.The job security is very good.

Our devision is retail division.So here compensation is not attractive.Our corporate division compensation is very good.Our promotion process is slower than our Corporate division.

There is nothing to like about the company. It's a very unprofessional and unorganized company.

Dislikes

There are people in the organisation, particularly in the Recovery team( these people are called DO I.e dealing officers) who do not have legal knowledge and they act like they know everything about the law. To be very specific the name of the person is Sarthak Jindal (he is a DO), who sits in the Delhi office and they are others as well.
