Pros: The company has a big name and exposure is good Cons: there is zero work life balance. You co-workers will call/message you for work at add hours in the night and morning and even on Saturday and Sunday you have to work. The compensation is not great and monetary growth is very slow. Final call: big name and exposure is not enough. A company should value it's employees personal life as well.
