...work. They get all kinds of odd jobs assigned which has basically zero learning. For every experience professional leaving Sharjah, there are 2 freshers hired in India for cost-cutting and to keep the work going, which is not a lot. 8. They have very limited projects and they hire people giving them false hopes that they are about to get a certain project then after those people join the company, they make them do Business Development in order to get the client/work they were hired to do in the first place. 9. There is a difference in employee benefits provided to employees in the Sharjah office and India office, like a huge difference in leaves provided. 10. None of the project leads are in India, so there is a huge gap in that sense. 11. They don't have qualified HR who can overlook and manage things around here.
