I had a disappointing experience with Asset deals. The HR department including the management are fraudulent, consistently making false promises about salary payments and commissions. Payments are just a dream and not given at all , they will mark you abscond within 3 days of absence and then will ask you to wait for next 30 days for last month's salary. The work culture is toxic, and there is a lack of professionalism & transparency. There are also too much restriction on office timings and will mark your half day if you are just 5 min late. I would strongly advise not to join this company. Look for some other company.

Sorry it is not a company but scheme to get free labour, on my first day 5 people were fired on spot all are working for last 12 days ,and reason they tell they don't like work , they were escorted out by bouncer ,none of them get any sort of compensation as they clearly said no payment will be provided for 15 days of probation,not even a travel allowance, no refreshment nothing, no one allowed to talk , except for 8 guys whole staff is only 2 month old ,on enquiry found out they are only working as the company holding their payment, no leaves are allowed for first 3 month ,else they file for absconding and charges you then , they are hiring in mass every day 3 - 4 guys hired and same no of guys fired from all departments from sales , marketing , account, no system, their is a lady khushi one of the worst professional I have seen in 5 year of my corporate career I mean she didn't think humans exist , for her all people are slave ( you guys feel I am telling a movie script but it's true) they are committing false promises , they are both paying salary even on times and please forget the bonus which they promise as that is s concept didn't exist for them . If you survive 15 days then you are going to leave in first 2 month and forget payment which they said they will pay you after 30 days ..

The training is amazing. You get all the knowledge about the projects in detail. The top management is very supportive and accessible. They are keen to resolve any problems that you are facing. Friendly seniors and very good office environment.

Rude Manager, False Commitment, Unressonable Policy, Zero Knowledge of Sales, Digital Marketing, CRm or BAsic Company Operations, Sallery Never Paid on Time, No incentive Provide, No Celebrations, No Parties, No holiday on Government Holiday, the manager has Lack of Knowledge

I would not prefer anyone to work in Asset Deals, I really had a bad experience there, I worked here with a salary of 35k and Vineet Chellani could not even pay that.

There are several legal cases on this company and they do not give a damn about it. He hired 90 people together only to chuck them out
