Big big commitment, in mini town hall were the speech is given like a three ediot film were veersastrbudha give to students every year like this in the company it is given most liked sentence is " being small company there is advantages and disadvantages" here would like to update that advantages are for company and disadvantages for employees.

...h is helpful to them. One thing is there they don't like people smart than them. Best way to terminate the employee is to give less salary hike so they resign and left so they can do Bond recovery. Company even not giving free tea to employee the cost is recover from salary.

Company Policies, Late night work culture sometime on Saturday and Sundays also. Micro-management. No Job training for Freshers... Insecure environment... No Job Security... Internal Politics...
