A good state level PSU completed 50 years of glorious journey in the field of Petrochemicals manufacturing by using natural gas as feedstock.

Dislikes

Being a state PSU, it remains dependent on state government while taking important business related decisions and as a result it loses opportunity...

Job is secured as this is assam government psu, work culture is good, management is supportive.

Dislikes

Promotion policies, Management is never allowed you to move on. Accommodation policies, training policies etc.

Due to covid 19 pandemic I have been laid off from my job and i am looking for an immediate opprotunity and ready to relocate.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management does not adress our issue. i was given a 2 years bond but now due to the pandamenc bond is not going to work.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
