Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

compensation is decent ,but growth is slow,the work pressure is very high sometime ,i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the eveing and sometimes late in to night.manager do not individuals unique strngths,

My job was not full time, yet the then Director Shri Shantikam Hazarika ensured the development of the faculty, was very encouraging in supporting the potential of the employees. A good ambience to work!!

There is nothing negative that I can think of. I gathered a lot of experience here and even today if I need some assistance and call any employee of the institute they welcome you with open arms,!!
