My job was not full time, yet the then Director Shri Shantikam Hazarika ensured the development of the faculty, was very encouraging in supporting the potential of the employees. A good ambience to work!!

There is nothing negative that I can think of. I gathered a lot of experience here and even today if I need some assistance and call any employee of the institute they welcome you with open arms,!!
