...nothing... 3 months notice period.. Is way too high. And you won't get paid too. They will not pay you.

It's the worst to work. With... They will make you work, with simple nonsense stuffs. The management believe on one stupid senior.. Who knows nothing.. And he is the biggest dumbest manager ever. don't have any skill set.. only can praise the management and can get promoted with . In this company you will work, but he will be benefitted.

Job security 100%, Team are supportive, salary and appraisal are not good, travelling facilities are good, there is no politics, work environment are superb.innovation and work-life balance are so so...

There was no any dislike about Assam downtown university but organisation have to look over the employees appraisal and their growth.

If you don't have any other job, then you should and you I guess that you can tolerate the place.

Only, the people who are able to apple-polish of the owners can become Director of HR or Dean of Academics, or similar posts. If you are a focused worker, then life will become a nightmare for you. There's no practice like an annual salary increment, if you join at Rs X then you need a miracle or very good practice of subservience.
