Only Air conditioning is good in the building.

Dislikes

...ing for more than 2+ years. Very very strict and doesn't allow important leaves. Very poor salary structure with highest income inequality. Newcomers having no experiences gets more salary than the experienced ones. Employees leave this organisation frequently like any other pvt hospitals, which degrades its value. Management should address the rising trend of resignation among the employees and solve the issues of them.

Working in ACCF IT under such a IT Lead has been a pathetic experience. A person having no fundamental knowledge on IT keeps speaking about policies which even he has no knowledge of. He keeps on holding meetings on unnecessary and unrealistic topics which proves to be a total waste of time since no positive outcome has been seen from those sessions. He rather always assigns his own tasks to the team who have always worked hard to keep the unity in the team without counting his contribution which actually doesn't count. Also the timeline for completing those unnecessary tasks is not justified. Since his own justification for all those assignments doesn't fulfill the real meaning of those requirements because he himself is not clear on the requirements. His rude behavior towards the team has always been a complaint till date. He's one who always interferes more into other's personal life.How come such a person with such small amount of knowledge hold such a sinecure position is worth discussing because it shows what image the IT work profile carries, and only because of such a person with so many flaws the whole image of IT Team is tarnished. I really wish that at such a position a worthy person is placed since we all know with what cause ACCF has been constituted and thus the suffering ends for the entire team with such a change.

No pros which i have benefitted. Only salary on time.

Dislikes

Would like to write a few lines about the ACCF IT lead. The IT Lead is absolutely trashy and of low grade quality. He often demoralize his own team members by putting some absurd theories upon them which eventually gives them mental pressure and hampers a person's own productivity. Regarding his knowledge about IT technologies can be termed as null and void. When it comes to guiding he creates some illogical illusions which creates more confusion making things even more complicated for the team members. The senior members really need to look after the situation for the smooth functioning of the IT team which in turn will bring more productivity and good results to the organization.
