Worst experience of ASRY. only fine to workers .. Only blaming culture.. Only production is important in this company.... They ask to use PPE's to the workers all the time but same time blasting is going on and welding work is also same place..... Some time painting workes is going and nearby place is hot work is also done. There very worst 👎 Safety management for the workers 👷 .. 1. Welfare facility is worst for workers 👎 2. Summer time very worst management for workers... 3. Food facility is not provide and canteen areas are also not hygienic.. 4. toilets are worst for the workers. 5. Even single workers also don't want to worker there but Bangladeshi 🇧🇩 workers they have lots of problems they can't switch to other company because of this company is making profit.. 6. Contractor company they don't have parental guidance & strike to the rules from the main company.. There is many more problem with this company need to change policy which can't be Mentioned here....

It's great to work with asry i like to work here 'cause it's an participation of a very big company's like asry is further more use opportunities to work in any other companies

Is anyone really going to implement what iam going to tell is good the timing's should be kept close to the workers satisfaction like 10 hours or 12 and the salaries for such a type of work really dissatisfied for every contractor companies so if it can be changed and increase the wages as you give to direct company i feel really very happy and good to hear about that
